Terms & Conditions
Clear expectations for every service.
Last reviewed: 2 October 2026About these terms
These are draft terms for the Healers World website. They describe our free tools, paid reports, products and recurring RareU membership. Test checkout is clearly labelled and does not create a live purchase.
Operator: Healersworld, Vasathi, Rachenahalli, Bangalore. Contact: support@healersworld.in. The effective date and final legal review remain pending commercial launch.
Using your account
Provide accurate information and use only accounts and content you are authorized to access. Keep sign-in codes private. Do not impersonate another person or submit their images or birth information without permission. Use Google or phone OTP to sign in.
Tools and interpretations
Free charts, numerology, Vastu guidance and future palm or AI readings are interpretive tools for personal reflection. Calculation methods and uncertainty are described on the methods page. They do not promise a particular outcome or replace qualified professional advice.
Bookings and temple information
A pooja request records your preferences; it is not a confirmed reservation. Our team confirms availability, the service scope and final payment instructions. Temple guide links lead to external official sites; this website does not reserve darshan slots.
Products, reports and delivery
Product information and availability require reconfirmation before purchase. The advanced Premium Kundli offer is ₹999. A printed Birth Book is a separate optional ₹999 purchase; choosing both totals ₹1,998. A sandbox PDF is a sample, not a personalized purchased report. Product delivery adds ₹99 per order; the ₹999 Birth Book includes delivery. Reports require a verified payment before personalized generation.
Confirm taxes, final checkout disclosures, report delivery expectations and physical fulfillment terms before charging customers.
Subscriptions, cancellations and refunds
RareU access is not activated by account creation. See the subscription terms, refund policy and delivery policy. RareU is intended to renew automatically at the chosen billing interval, with express authorization at checkout. A mandate is created only after you explicitly approve recurring billing in the payment window.
Your content and reasonable use
Only upload material you have permission to use. Do not interfere with the service, misuse accounts or attempt unauthorized access. Keep a copy of any report you download. Provider outages can affect availability.
Consumer rights and concerns
Nothing in this draft is intended to remove rights available under applicable law. Business-specific liability, dispute and jurisdiction clauses have not been finalized. Contact support@healersworld.in for assistance. Designated grievance contact details are still to be confirmed.
Bhakti Radio
Bhakti Radio is a free, on-demand collection using YouTube API Services. By using its playback features you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service; Google handles playback information under its Privacy Policy. Video availability, advertising and geographic restrictions are controlled by YouTube and the publishers. All video and music rights remain with their owners.
Playback uses a visible YouTube player. Audio downloads, extracted audio, hidden playback and uninterrupted background or cross-page listening are not offered. Editorial day, deity and occasion suggestions reflect the stated source and tradition; they do not imply an official affiliation with the artists or temples. Calendar dates and regional observances can vary.
