RareU Subscription Terms

Your membership

RareU is a paid personal care membership designed around personal focus, daily practice and reflection. A sample dashboard is available before joining. Account creation alone does not activate membership. A verified live subscription gives access to your care dashboard and account-saved preferences and progress, plus included personal reports for the person you link at setup. The 1-month plan includes Complete Kundli. The 6-month plan includes Complete Kundli and Your Gemstone Guide. The 1-year plan includes Complete Kundli, Your Vedic Year Ahead, Your Gemstone Guide, and Your Numbers, Your Story (Numerology). This person cannot be switched; contact support to correct a birth detail. Other saved profiles can be used for separate report purchases.

When shown as available at checkout, paid plans include an Ask Vani allowance of up to 10 replies with 1 month, 60 replies with 6 months, or 120 replies with 1 year. This is the allowance for the entire paid term, not a monthly refill. Unused included replies expire at the end of that term; separately purchased Vani credits remain separate. Daily WhatsApp guidance is optional: it requires linking your number, separate WhatsApp consent, and an enabled delivery channel with approved message templates. Scheduled messages begin after this setup is complete. Buying a plan does not automatically opt you into WhatsApp messages.

Two-day free trial

Signed-in users can activate one free 48-hour RareU dashboard trial per account. It begins when you select Start my 2-day free trial. No card or recurring payment authorization is required, and the trial ends without an automatic charge. Your care preferences and progress are saved to your account. After expiry, join a paid plan to continue with that care plan. The trial includes free Kundli data calculated in your browser. No paid PDF is generated during a trial. Report-based recommendations and detailed interpretations remain locked until a paid subscription is active. Paid plans include each stated report once per report type for the linked person; renewals reuse the existing report, including the selected Year Ahead report. A move to a longer plan unlocks that plan’s additional included report types. PDFs outside your plan, poojas and products are separate purchases. Joining a paid plan requires a separate checkout and starts paid billing immediately.

Plans and billing

The current plan page shows ₹199 for one month, ₹999 for six months and ₹1,799 for one year. The plan price is charged at the start of each billing period. Each plan renews automatically for the same duration. The renewal amount, billing interval and any applicable tax must be clearly shown at checkout before you authorize recurring payment.

The advanced Kundli PDF at ₹999 and printed Birth Book at an additional ₹999 are separate purchases unless a plan expressly says they are included.

Automatic renewal

By explicitly authorizing a recurring membership at checkout, you authorize renewal charges at the chosen interval until you cancel. We will disclose the next renewal date and applicable amount and provide notices required by the payment provider and applicable rules. We will communicate a price change before renewal and obtain any renewed authorization required.

Cancellation and access

Cancel renewal before the next billing date through the membership controls in your account or by emailing support@healersworld.in. A cancellation request must be tied to the correct account. You should receive confirmation once it is processed. Access normally continues until the end of the current paid period, after which paid features stop.

If renewal payment fails, membership may expire or be suspended until payment is completed. Any retry or grace-period arrangement must be disclosed before purchase. See the refund policy for refund eligibility.

Current setup and your data

The sample dashboard does not create a recurring mandate. A subscription requires your explicit consent in checkout. Test subscriptions do not activate a paid live membership. RareU care preferences and progress are saved to your account during an active membership; separate free-tool journals and reports remain in your browser. Mandates run for up to 10 years unless cancelled earlier.
