This draft describes the current Healers World website. It distinguishes information stored on your device from information sent to our server or service providers.

After a successful check and verified payment, the saved score, room findings, remedies and direction guide are shown privately. When offered, a free score preview does not create a payment. Details and results are saved to your account. No address or image is needed for this option. If floor-plan scanning is available: With permission, a resized floor plan, home label and entrance bearing are stored privately for scanning. A signed image link, valid for five minutes, lets our analysis service read the plan before payment. The uploaded image is cleared after a successful scan. Unpaid drafts with no payment attempt expire after 24 hours and are cleared when Vastu records are next accessed. The analysis service stores the scan; analysis results and payment references remain with your account. A draft may be temporarily kept in tab storage through sign-in. Request deletion through our data-request process. |
| Palm photos | With your consent, a resized photo and birth date/gender are held privately on our server and sent to our third-party analysis service to scan the photo before payment. A successful scan allows you to pay for the full reading. The provider stores the scan for analysis. We clear our photo record after a successful scan. Unpaid photo drafts with no payment attempt expire after 24 hours and are cleared when palm records are next accessed. Photos linked to a payment attempt are retained privately until a successful scan or payment support resolves the purchase, so an interrupted reading can resume. Failed scans can be retried a limited number of times on the same paid order. The interpretation, birth details, provider scan reference and payment reference remain privately associated with your account. A temporary draft may be kept in tab session storage during sign-in, and is removed when restored or submitted. Use the data-request process for account or provider deletion requests. |

If you explicitly select a birth profile, its name, gender, birth date, time, place, coordinates, time zone and country are sent to an astrology service for personal guidance; its reply is shared with the conversational AI. Vani requires sign-in. It uses the selected person’s name, generated Kundli findings, relevant report passages and available RareU care preferences and daily guidance to answer consistently with your saved reports. Relevant information is shared with the conversational AI when you chat. We cache extracted report text privately to support these answers without generating a new report. Vani does not read payment credentials or unrelated orders. We keep the conversation privately for up to 24 hours of inactivity; expired chats are inaccessible and are removed when chat records are next accessed. New chat deletes our current conversation record. Providers may retain processed requests under their own data practices; clearing our chat does not delete provider records. A session cookie and a tab-local conversation ID support continuity. Daily usage counters help control abuse. Do not include payment credentials or confidential documents in messages. |
Why information is used
Information supports requested calculations, account access, report retrieval, booking assistance and checkout preparation. Only provide another person’s birth details or image when you have appropriate permission.
Service providers and external resources
We use third-party report-processing and image-analysis services to fulfil submitted astrology, palm and Vastu requests. Supabase, Google and the configured messaging provider process identity and phone-verification information. Razorpay handles payment credentials; our server stores order, payment reference and subscription status records. Pooja fulfillment providers receive details needed for the requested service. External product images, fonts and linked websites can receive ordinary network information such as an IP address. Each external service has its own data practices.
Confirm all production hosting, payment, printing and shipping providers and any international processing arrangements.
Account welcome email
When account welcome messages are enabled, a new account with an email address verified by its sign-in provider can receive one welcome email through Amazon Simple Email Service (SES). We share the verified email address, display name and message content with SES, and keep a private delivery record with an account reference, attempt status and provider message ID. Phone-only accounts wait until the same account has a verified email. A welcome email does not subscribe you to recurring marketing, and existing accounts are not mailed retrospectively.
Delivery, bounce and complaint events support troubleshooting and suppression of unsuitable sends. The welcome message has no application-added open or click tracking; loading its public images can make ordinary network requests to our website hosting. You may request access or deletion through Your data requests. Removing a local record cannot recall an email already sent or automatically erase SES event, suppression or backup records; those records are included in the provider and retention review.
Cookies and browser storage
The site uses a session cookie for account access and browser storage for local tools and carts. Birth details can temporarily pass between pages using tab session storage. These local records are not encrypted account storage; other people using the same browser profile may access them. See the storage notice.
Retention, deletion and your choices
Local reports and journal entries have individual delete controls. Clearing site storage removes local-only records but does not delete server accounts, bookings or provider-hosted PDFs. You can request access, correction or deletion by emailing support@healersworld.in. Requests require an appropriate ownership check; self-service server deletion is not yet implemented. See data requests.
Confirm the retention schedule, backup deletion and provider deletion process before launch. Account, booking and payment records may need to be retained for fulfillment, accounting, dispute handling or legal obligations. Requests will be reviewed against those needs; no automatic deletion deadline is promised.
Security and changes
Credentials belong on the server, and access to account records is restricted to the signed-in account. No system can guarantee absolute security. This draft will be updated when providers or data flows change; material changes should be explained before collecting information for a new purpose.
Website activity measurement
We use a random browser identifier to estimate visitors, page views and active users. We record page paths without query strings, referring website names, device categories and visit times. For signed-in visitors, activity can be linked to the account so we can measure active RareU members. We do not include form contents or chat messages in these measurements. Browser privacy signals are respected.
Google Analytics and Ads measurement
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits to public website pages and Google Ads to measure advertising performance. Analytics receives public page paths without query strings or fragments, a generic page title and the referring site origin. After verified payment, it may receive an opaque transaction identifier, amount and currency. A successfully saved pooja enquiry may be counted separately without its contact or booking details. Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled. Google may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser information, page path and advertising click identifiers, and may use measurement cookies. We do not deliberately send names, contact details, birth details, report contents or chat messages through this tag. Advertising personalisation signals are disabled. The tag respects browser privacy signals and the activity measurement opt-out on our Cookies & Browser Storage page. Management pages are excluded. Private account, checkout and report screens do not send page views; a verified purchase can load measurement with a generic website URL.
Location search
When you type into a Google Maps location search, your search text is sent through our server to Google Places to show suggestions. Selecting a suggestion retrieves its address and coordinates; location tools may also retrieve its time zone. We do not send your name or birth date with this search. Review the selected address before saving a profile or placing an order. You may use the preset locations or enter details manually instead.

Bhakti Radio & YouTube
Bhakti Radio uses YouTube API Services. The YouTube player loads only after you accept the playback notice and choose to play. Google/YouTube may then receive your IP address, browser information, page origin and playback interactions, and may store or access cookies under the Google Privacy Policy. YouTube branding, advertisements and player controls remain available. Listening is free; no YouTube account connection is requested.
Your chosen song language, device favourites, selected city, playback consent and resume point can be stored in this browser. If you choose account sync, we save only the song language and station favourites with your account; merging device favourites requires your confirmation. Listening history and resume position remain on the device. Removing a saved station removes that account favourite. Use Your data requests for account-level access or deletion.
Your selected city coordinates, time zone and current date are used for a shared daily Panchang recommendation. Google Places handles typed location searches; the Panchang provider receives the city coordinates and date, without your name, birth details or listening history. Recommendations describe their calendar source and use weekday collections when daily data is unavailable.
