Physical products, including printed Birth Books, are intended to arrive within one week of confirmed payment and acceptance of the order. For a Birth Book, the personalized PDF must also be ready and the print order accepted. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed date. Any address or stock issue that changes the estimate should be explained before the order is accepted.
Sacred essentials
Sacred essentials are shipped by our distribution partner after payment confirmation by Healersworld. Delivery costs ₹99 per product order within India. The final total is shown before payment.
Printed Birth Book
The optional Birth Book offer is ₹999 for printing and delivery within supported Indian PIN codes, separate from the ₹999 advanced PDF. It is printed from your generated personalized Premium Kundli. Both purchases together total ₹1,998. Sandbox sample reports cannot be printed for delivery.
The printing team uses the paid report linked to your order and the Indian delivery address you confirm at checkout.
Tracking, address changes and delays
Tracking details will be provided when the shipment is dispatched and the carrier supplies them. Contact support@healersworld.in promptly to request an address correction before dispatch. Changes after dispatch depend on the carrier and may incur a disclosed charge.
If delivery is delayed beyond the estimate, contact us with your order reference. Weather, carrier disruption and remote-area coverage may affect delivery. Failed delivery caused by an incorrect address will be reviewed before any reshipment fee is requested.
Damage, missing items and returns
Keep the packaging and take photos if an item arrives damaged or incorrect. Contact us as soon as possible, preferably within seven days of delivery. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy for the applicable return and replacement process.
Digital reports and current availability
PDF reports are downloaded from the account report library rather than shipped. Pay through secure Razorpay checkout. Dispatch is arranged by our team, and tracking is added to your purchases when available. A saved address or unpaid draft does not confirm payment or dispatch.
