Service & coverage

Healersworld provides authenticated access to its currently published temple data through the versioned API. The current collection has 132 listings, including 21 reviewed visitor guides. Coverage, completeness and photos vary. No complete national inventory, live opening information, booking service, update frequency or uptime service-level agreement is promised.

Price, renewal & consent

The checkout shows your plan, INR monthly amount and request limits before you approve a recurring mandate. Prices include any applicable taxes. Billing renews monthly, up to 120 cycles per mandate, until cancelled. There is no free paid-API trial, setup fee or automatic overage charge. Approving a mandate alone does not activate access: a captured, unrefunded payment must be verified.

Your allowance starts with the verified paid billing cycle and is shared by your account’s keys. Unused requests do not roll over. Changing keys or cancelling renewal does not reset usage. Existing subscriptions retain the price and limits accepted at purchase; a different plan requires a new subscription after the current one ends.

Cancellation & refunds

You can stop future renewal in the API dashboard. When confirmed, cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid cycle and access continues to the paid-through date. An unpaid subscription can be cancelled immediately. Keep the confirmation; contact support if cancellation cannot be confirmed before renewal.

Charges for a current cycle are generally non-refundable once access has been used, subject to applicable law. Contact support@healersworld.in within seven days for a duplicate charge, a verified billing error or a payment for which access was not delivered. We investigate and, if approved, return the amount through the original payment method. Approved refunds are normally initiated within seven business days; your payment provider may take additional time. Refunding a current subscription payment removes access for that cycle after verification. Billing is checked on use at least every five minutes and at cycle expiry; webhook notifications can update it sooner.

Permitted use & attribution

You may integrate returned information into your own commercial or personal applications while subscribed and retain fetched factual data under its original licence. You may display Healersworld’s original editorial summaries in those integrations, with a visible “Temple information: Healersworld” link to the relevant temple guide. Do not resell our API keys, operate a competing mirror of this API, or redistribute the entire editorial collection as a standalone data product without written agreement. These restrictions do not remove rights you independently have in CC0 or other open-licensed material.

Photographs retain their individual licences. Preserve creator credits and source/licence links, and comply with attribution or ShareAlike requirements. Read the data and licensing policy.

Account security & fair use

You are responsible for keeping keys private and revoking compromised keys. Use server-side requests. Do not circumvent limits with shared keys or accounts, interfere with the service, or use the API unlawfully. We may suspend access for security abuse, fraud or unpaid/refunded billing; contact support if you believe an error occurred.

Accuracy, availability & support

Information is provided as available for discovery and planning. Confirm travel, entry, worship rules and schedules with official sources. API access may be interrupted by maintenance, network failures or payment verification. To the extent permitted by law, Healersworld does not accept liability for travel losses or decisions based solely on incomplete or outdated records. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
